TV DO NOT PAY$300 .SAVE AROUND $200. ONE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO USE PHIILIPS SCREW DRIVER AND WIRE CUTTER.I DID NOT USED THE GLOVES CAME IN THE BOX. THEY WERE REALLY SMALL. YOU NEED A TIE WRAP FOR RE WIRING THIS LAMP WIRES TO THE HOLDER.I DID THIS REPAIR IN 15 MINUTES. NO LIE. Picture looks find it irresistible did when T.V. was once new so I would say quality of bulb is identical or better than authentic.
